High Performance Academy offers improvements of fitness, finishing, positioning, footwork/agility, sharpening skills, increasing speed of play/thought, etc. HPA provides individual and group training sessions that challenge the players to meet their goals. It is a great way to build relationships with others and to give the players great opportunities in furthering their passion with the sport.
