About Us

Fresno PAL Flag Football is a program dedicated to providing youth in the Fresno community with opportunities for physical activity, teamwork, and personal growth through the sport of flag football. Rooted in the principles of mentorship and community engagement, Fresno PAL Flag Football aims to empower young people to develop both athletically and personally in a supportive and inclusive environment. Age requirement is 10-15.

Flag Football Activities

  • Flag Football Training: We offer comprehensive flag football training sessions led by experienced coaches who are dedicated to helping participants develop their skills, strategy, and teamwork.
  • Mentorship: Our program emphasizes mentorship and guidance, with coaches serving as positive role models who support participants in their athletic and personal goals.
  • Community Engagement: Fresno PAL Flag Football actively engages with the community through outreach events, tournaments, and partnerships, promoting unity and collaboration.
