WHO WE ARE

WE ARE FRESNO PAL

The Fresno Police Activities League (PAL) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that promotes and creates opportunities for positive interactions between police officers and Fresno youth.

Since 1992, Fresno PAL has focused its efforts on crime prevention for Fresno youth through a strong police officer mentor program. Fresno PAL began its efforts at Romaine Playground in Central Fresno with two full-time officers and now has a strong presence in Southwest Fresno, Central Fresno and Southeast Fresno focusing efforts in neighborhoods with the most policing challenges.

MISSION

The Fresno PAL mission is to promote positive interaction between volunteers, off-duty law enforcement personnel, and youth. Achieved through social, recreational, and educational activities to teach good values, acceptable behavior and responsible citizenship. Our activities include youth boxing, a food and fitness program, a youth leadership council, and community outings.
